Last night right after bathtime when we were getting ready for bed, Holly wanted to give her reviews of the first two Stuart Little films...and they were a thumbs up! (it was tricky because during each taping she insisted on watching. She's the most brilliant editor of herself). And for today's daycare fashion...stripes, plaid AND Argyle! Cool!
Here's one of the deleted scenes to be on the Star Wars Blu-rays. She had no idea that he was Indiana's brother, Han Jones. Lotsa fun and yaytime action on the weekend at Uncle Walter and Auntie Sylvie's! Saturday, I drove nice and slow so Wee Babe could have a nice snooze on the way up. We got to Woodgrove mall just after lunch and spent a couple of hours walking around and having fun. Right in the middle of sharing some delicious teriyaki chicken and rice we got to watch a flash mob of belly dancers! It started with one lady and a couple of security guards who were trying to kick her out, but they were in on it, too! You can see the security guard in the black pants and white shirt dancing as well, too funny! We went for a walk to the beach after dinner with Auntie Sylvie and Ella (she's their huge mastiff). When we got back we picked the most amazing bush of blackberries I've ever seen. It just took a few minutes to fill a big bowl. Crazy. Then I felt something hit my arm and looked to see a small red mark... Then I looked down to see a small berry on the ground.... Then I looked up to see the culprit... Then after that it was more funtimes around the fire pit. Fire pits are funtimes!
My beautiful Wee Babe making her way across the gravel. You can see how much work it is for her just making her way over the gravel. I love this picture of her.
Friday was a trip to Children's Hospital and a first time for the Wee Babe, SO EXCITING! Below is the first time through an automobile tunnel! SO EXCITING! Being a Friday afternoon, the ferry was busy, so the Babe and I went down to have a drink across from the terminal. There were LOADS of people around and buses and cars and trucks and pet dogs on the backs of motorcycles and a huge group of very loud, very happy campers chanting their way off the ferry. We could actually hear them from the moment they stepped out of the ferry door and all the way down the ramps and walkways. Everyone was wondering what was going on with all the noise and Holly got into it in the coolest way possible. TOO MUCH FUN!
