I watched Carlos Slim on Larry King last night and I had a great idea to fix the world economy. Apparently, his net worth is around 54 billion dollars, which makes him the richest person in the world, whereas Bill Gates and Warren Buffet are 53 and 47 billion respectively. That makes their combined worth at 154 billion dollars. Now, the world population is currently around 7 billion (give or take a few hundred thousand), so, what if Slim, Gates and Buffet gave a billion to each person on the planet, they would still have 147 billion left over. Yes, I realize that 7 billion is a HUGE chunk of change, but I have absolute confidence that they could make back that 7 billion in no time, AND they would still continue with their wonderful philanthropic efforts...because they do care about people.
I hear ya...it would be hard not to blow that 7 billion in one place, though...
Oh yeah, don't lie. I'm not the only one who loves the Bacon, Egg, Cheese & Potato Taquito.
